At LogicStack Software, we strive to deliver high-quality IT services. However, refunds are subject to the following terms:
Service-Based Refunds
- Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
- If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered.
Ongoing Services
- Monthly services such as SEO, marketing, and maintenance are non-refundable once the service period has started.
Custom Development
- Due to the nature of custom development, no refunds will be issued once the project has commenced.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases at our sole discretion.
